Everyone one and their mothers is trying to go green. It’s the new fad. It’s the cool thing to do; it’s also the right thing to do. If you’re like me, you care about the environment, so you assess your living space.
* I changed all my light bulbs to those swirly ones
* I separate my recyclables
* I turned down my water heater
* I grow my own herbs in a garden in my yard
* I use a compose pile instead of throwing away organic food
* I take shorter showers
* I lowered the water in my toilet bowl
* I packed my dishwasher full before I run it

I have an inground swimming pool myself, and would like to add something to this article: If you have an inground pool, than consider a variable speed pool pump since it saves energy! I hope more readers will consider buy a variable pool pump since it does not only save the energy bill, but also the environment. Thank you for this clear article.
