All orders are processed within one business day after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer FREE shipping to anyone in the United States. We offer a $10.00 flat shipping fee for orders to Canada. For international orders, we offer a flat $20.00 shipping fee. As of 2026, we ship to the following countries:
If your country is not listed and you would like to purchase one of our products, please email us. If you’re trying to purchase one of our printed books and we don’t ship to your country, you can purchase the digital versions. Digital versions do not require shipping and are available in every country.
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Domestic Orders (United States): All books are shipped via USPS Media Mail. Most domestic orders arrive within 5 business days of shipment. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but most customers receive their orders quickly.
International Orders: We do ship internationally! However, delivery times vary by destination and can take 1-2 weeks, depending on your country and local customs processing. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. During that time, we’re happy to issue you a full refund if you’re unhappy with any product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We’ll email you instructions on where to send your returns.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
