Shipping & Refund Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping on all of our products to anyone in the continental United States (that excludes Hawaii and Alaska). If you live in Hawaii and Alaska, we offer a flat $25.00 shipping fee.
At this time, we do not offer local delivery. We’re an online store only.
We do not have a physical location for in-store pickup. But you can check with your local pool and hot tub retail store to see if they carry Swim University products. If they don’t, you can request that they do and tell them to email [email protected] for details.
At this time, we do not offer Internation shipping outside the United States. We’re working on expanding our shipping network in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience.
How Do I Check The Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Liquids such as chemicals or cleaners cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
However, we’re happy to issue you a full refund if you’re unhappy with any liquid or chemical product within 30 days of the purchase. And you can keep the product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We’ll give you instructions on where to send your returns via email.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
