All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer free shipping to anyone in the continental United States. For international orders, we offer a flat $20.00 shipping fee.
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. During that time, we’re happy to issue you a full refund if you’re unhappy with any product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We’ll email you instructions on where to send your returns.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
