Crusing Through Pool Care The Wise Way

…and here we are with another decent iPhone app for your swimming pool: Pool Doctor. Pool Doctor is a simple tool that you can use to find out what you need for your swimming pool.

[Remember: You can download Swim University's iPhone app here, and get the latest updates right on your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.]

Just type in how many gallons your pool is and what you readings are. Hit the “Ask The Doctor” button to get a quick explanation as to what you need for your swimming pool. It’s a quick use tool when you’re in a rush. I wouldn’t rely on it completely, but it will definitely help.

Very cool! Do you have any plans to create a hot tub version of this app? I’d like to use it for my spa.

We didn’t create this app, but I hope they make a spa one too!

Hey, I am the developer of this app, and I’m sorry but there are no plans to create a spa-version anytime soon.

I was a lifeguard for 5 years, but now I am a computer engineering student. I have not had the time to update the app recently; however, I am considering a minor update within the next month, but nothing is final. Sorry!

What a great little app. I downloaded this at the beginning of the summer and started using it to measure the pool chlorine level. So far it has been dead on accurate for the most part.

Hey John, I am interested in talking with you about your app. I work with a pool company in Texas and had the idea for an app for a while, obviously you beat me to it. I do have an idea for marketing out the app a little different. I would love to talk with you about that if you could contact me. Thanks
